Our website address is:

What personal data I collect and why I collect it

If you submit any of our forms, you must enter a name, email address, and other inquiries.   Once a form is submitted, the email address is kept in our email system, where I only use it to respond to your inquiry and to conduct our business needs. The email address is kept in our email archives as a record of our communication, but I can remove it if you request that from me, along with your responses. You can do this by simply replying to the email I send or by just asking me to remove your email address and messages from our system.

Names and email addresses submitted through forms are never used for marketing purposes, and they are never shared with anyone.  Your data is kept on my systems to help me provide my services to you and can be deleted at your request.

I do not share your personal data, with anyone, ever.

How long I retain your data
I will keep your form data on my systems up to two years after the end of our engagement together, or until you request I delete the data, whichever comes first.

What rights you have over your data
You can also request that I erase this data. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How I protect your data
I use primarily Wave Accounting’s invoicing system for all payments and at no time do I have access to your payment information nor will I ever ask you for your credit card or bank information via email or voice.  Ever.

I have all of my website served via a Secure Sockets Layer certificate, which means it is encrypted in transit.  You should always see the lock icon for any page you visit on
