I do not approach this work with a "one size fits all" mentality; I believe in differentiating each interaction based on your specific needs. Before we work together, either in a coaching or seminar format, I will ask you detailed questions and spend time to prepare for our engagement. I know everyone's needs are unique.
Can we break up seminars over multiple days?
Sure. I will work with you to make the seminar time focused and meaningful. Depending on your needs, we can use either a full day or split it up over two separate days. I know that it can be hard for businesses to set aside a full day for trainings and will work with you to maximize the value of our time together.
How does remote coaching work?
It's best if we can do a video conference with a screen sharing session using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or your own video conferencing tool -- whichever will work best for you. (You or your team will need a high speed Internet connection for these tools.) If that won't work for you, we can do a phone conference with emailed screenshots.
Do you provide a discount to non-profits?
Yes, I am happy to offer discounts for verified non-profit organizations. Please inquire. I believe giving back is important and welcome the opportunity to be able to do so.
What are "expenses" for seminars?
For on-site trainings, travel expenses include airfare or mileage fees to and from your location, and any hotel fees. Plane flights may be from LAX, BUR, or SBA whichever has the best price. Expenses include air travel, parking fees, and driving to and from the airport if appropriate. If no flight is required, then just driving fees and hotel if needed. Food costs will be on me.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept credit cards or ACH payments for all coaching payments and seminar retainers.
What's the payment structure?
For coaching, all fees are charged up front initially. For regular customers, a payment schedule will be established. For seminars, half of the total fees, including an estimate for expenses, is charged prior to the seminar, the rest is due upon completion of the seminar.
